Position: Outlet Manager

Job Tasks:

• Monitor and update outlet daily sales data.
• Ensure a safe and positive work environment for staffs and customers.
• Train new staffs and evaluate performance for job confirmation.
• Retrain existing outlet staffs.
• Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans.
• Ensure rules and standard are followed and implemented throughout the outlet.
• Bank in of outlet cash sales
• Make sure maintenance issues are reported to the right personnel for resolution
• Control outlet operational cost including wastage.
• Interview and recruit new applicants for outlets.
• Provide an efficient outlet work schedule for maximise productivity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
• Monitor outlet stocks and ensure it’s constantly updated an on safe level.
• Ensure all reports are submitted to HQ in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or SPM
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 20-30 years old, Male or Female.
• Managerial experience in the same industry.
• Must possess valid Typhoid Vaccination card.
• Any food handling certificate will be an advantage.
• Possess high level of commitment and integrity.
• Organized and result-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external parties.

Position: Area Manager

Job Tasks:

• Set Target and KPIs for Outlet Managers.
• Monitor and update outlet's sales performance.
• Monitor Outlet Manager performance.
• Conduct trainings for new Outlet Managers.
• Provide retraining time to time for existing Outlet Managers.
• Evaluate Outlet Manager's performance annually.
• Implement and execute rules or standards set by company for outlets.
• Handle and manage outlet's complains.
• Ensure outlet in good condition.
• Control and monitor outlet's operational cost.
• Conduct Interview and screening of new applicants for outlets.
• Monitor outlet staff allocation and schedule.
• Monitor sales bank in including petty cash audit.
• Ensure operation audit for outlet is done monthly.
• Arrange Pest control with accordance to the delivery schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, Business Management graduate are preferred.

Position: Crew Member

Job Tasks:

• Start the shift from cleaning checklist
• Executing all tasks according to its procedures
• Executing opening and closing procedures as prescribe
• Checking every incoming stocks / deliveries made to the outlet by internal deliveries and or third-party suppliers, for damages, items counts, correct items, and other physical properties and reporting it accordingly to the senior management
• Storing the stocks / inventories according to FIFO methods and at its designated locations
• Informing the management about low inventories level
• Making sure all the necessary items are readily available
• Producing the product according to management standard
• Making sure the required products are always available to sell
• Offering samples to customers
• Making sure the workplace is clean all the time
• Executing scheduled cleaning tasks (daily, weekly, and monthly) according to the procedures
• Maintaining good personal hygiene (short nails, short hair, no jewelleries worn, clean apron, clean uniform)
• Always wearing the approved uniforms during working hours (cap, t-shirt, long pants, covered shoes, apron)
• Taking care of the company’s property in good working order
• Reporting to the senior management for any violations or misconducts made by other team members (including the immediate superior)

Requirements:

• Ability to learn and follow instruction
• Understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good appearance, clean and properly groomed, within legal working age
• Positive and cheerful attitude, good time management, non confrontational
